By using our services, you enter into a professional agreement governed by these terms. We are committed to delivering technical expertise with consistency, transparency, and clear communication throughout every engagement. In return, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our work, and to pay agreed fees within the timeframes established in your service agreement. While we bring full professional dedication to every project, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes that fall outside the scope of our technical services. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party failures, infrastructure outages, or force majeure events.

JIRIX Service d.o.o collects only the data necessary to deliver, maintain, and improve the IT services we provide. While we apply our full expertise to every engagement, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free outcomes in all circumstances. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, business interruption, or lost profits — whether foreseeable or not. In all cases, our total liability remains limited to the total amount paid for services rendered in the twelve months preceding the claim.
